We are excited you’re interested in joining the Mama With A Calling membership.
By enrolling in the Mama With A Calling (MWAC) Membership, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use. Please review these terms and conditions carefully. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you should not continue with your purchase.
While this group is based on Christian values and the Bible will be taught and referenced numerous times, being a Christian is NOT a requirement to join this group. All are welcome.
A MWAC membership purchase grants access to the membership website for the time purchased. Payments will process automatically on the schedule you selected at the time of purchase (6 months or monthly). You will be charged each period on the same day that you signed up (or within 48 hours before or after the date depending on processing). Example: If you signed up on the 26th of Nov, you will be charged again on the 26th of Dec, the 26th of Jan and so on until you cancel your membership.
Upon enrolling in the MWAC membership, you will gain access to content from the MONTH OF YOUR ENROLLMENT FORWARD. Your membership does not access all content ever posted. While your membership is active, the content to which you have access is available to download. Once your membership has been canceled and the term ended, access to the membership site and its content is stopped.
Please note the following details of the Mama With A Calling subscriptions:
- Subscription renewals are automatically processed monthly or on the anniversary of your original purchase if you chose the 6- or 12-month option. Your access will continue and remain valid for each month unless the subscription is canceled prior to the renewal date. No pro-rates available.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account page on the Mama With A Calling membervault portal (https://mamawithacalling.vipmembervault.com/)
- If you choose to cancel your subscription, you will no longer have access to the membership group.
- Your renewal price will be locked in at the time of checkout for as long as your membership remains active.
- If you choose to renew your subscription after it has been canceled and your membership has expired, you will be charged the current listed price for your membership type. We may not apply older or grandfathered pricing to your new renewal purchase.
Due to the nature of this electronic product and the fact that it cannot be “returned”, we have a no refund policy. As soon as you order, you will have access to all of the content for that month and there isnt’ a way to undo that. There are also no partial month refunds, partial refunds on annual payments.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you will be able to cancel any future payments as long as you request cancellation at least 72 hours prior to the payment processing date. We cannot guarantee your cancellation request will be processed in time if it does not occur within 72 hours of 12:00am CST on the billing date.
If you did not submit your cancellation request in time and the current month’s payment has already processed, we do not issue a refund for the current month.
If you cancel and then decide to rejoin the MWAC Membership again later, you will be reinstated at the current membership rate, regardless of any special offers or discounts you received in the past

Confidentiality & Code of Conduct
We require all members of the MWAC program to read the terms of this Confidentiality Agreement and Code of Conduct, and agree to abide by them before joining the group.
The purpose of this agreement is to protect the privacy of the program materials, and more importantly, maintain the integrity of the group and its members. When you know that everyone has agreed to these, then you can feel free to elaborate and share openly about your business without fear of someone taking your ideas or sharing private information like revenue numbers, income, etc.
If you do not agree to the terms in this Confidentiality Agreement you will be voluntarily choosing to not participate in this program.
If you do agree..
All information you hear and or receive within the MWAC Program will be considered Confidential Information, unless the subject of that information clearly states otherwise. This information may be personal or business.
You agree that you will not disclose any of this Confidential Information to anyone who is NOT a member of the program, and that violating any confidentiality will be grounds for immediate removal from the group, and forfeiture of your membership fees.
GROUP CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT
It is understood and agreed to that you and others in the group may provide certain information that is and must be kept confidential.
To ensure the protection of such information, and to preserve any confidentiality necessary under copyright, patent and/or trade secret laws, it is agreed that:
Any confidential information can be described as, but not limited to: Invention description(s), technical and business information relating to proprietary ideas and inventions, ideas, patentable ideas, trade secrets, drawings and/or illustrations, patent searches, existing and/or contemplated products and services, research and development, production, costs, profit and margin information, finances and financial projections, customers, clients, marketing, and current or future business plans and models, regardless of whether such information is designated as “Confidential Information” at the time of its disclosure.
The Recipient agrees not to disclose the confidential information obtained from the discloser to anyone unless required to do so by law.
This Agreement states the entire agreement between the parties concerning the disclosure of Confidential Information.
All parties acknowledge that they have read and understand this Agreement and voluntarily accept the duties and obligations set forth herein.
Code of Conduct in the group
The MWAC Program is your community to connect, share ideas, be inspired and encouraged by others all while you are creating an online business in pursuit of where God has called you. In order to keep the group an accepting and encouraging group for everyone, please read the Code of Conduct below:
- BE KIND.
While healthy discussion is encouraged, your words should be chosen carefully and always spoken with love and respect.
Please do your part to make sure no one in our community feels unwelcome or judged; treat everyone with kindness, love, patience and respect. If you disagree or have an opposing viewpoint to share, do it with respect, honor and from a place of compassion.
While I hope everyone in this group gets along well, this just can’t be a reality when we have an online community. There are going to be people you aren’t particularly fond of and that’s ok. Approach their comments with love and compassion or choose not to engage if that’s appropriate. Personal attacks are never ok in the group. If you experience this or notice, please notify me immediately. Violation of this rule is grounds for immediate and permanent removal from the group.
- Don’t bring grievances to the public group
We don’t put anyone down or call “them out” (such as for being what some call a “false teacher”), be it other products, programs or people. This applies to issues with other members of the group as well.
If you have an issue or grievance – either with the program, or each other, bring it directly to the party you have an issue with, and/or write directly to me at email@example.com.
- Give more than you receive
Think about what Paul says all throughout the New Testament about how our gifts and efforts should be to build each other up. Yes, you should definitely share and get feedback on your own business, but also pour into others. IF you have expertise that can help, then offer some advice on someone’s post. Encourage, motivate and help each other as much as possible.
- Respect the privacy of the other group members
Never email, direct message, Facebook friend, or contact other members without their permission, or, if you have a business or blog, add people to your newsletter list. No one likes to have someone randomly reach out to them in the DMs and pitch them one of their services. Or have them send a friend request when they don’t really know each other yet from the group. The best way to handle something like this is to ask someone if you can send them a DM and then further connect if they agree. We want the group to feel like a safe non-spammy place. Also, it’s not the place to try to get clients or sell your stuff. We are about community and support. Of course, you may sell things but that’s not the goal of the group and if your goal is to get sales, please reconsider joining. Violating this is grounds for immediate removal.
- No affiliate links posted
Please don’t post any affiliate links in the group unless you’ve been given permission by Alexia. If you have a link that you’d like to post, please contact one of the group admins before posting. All affiliate links and posts will be removed. Repeated posts are grounds for removal from the Facebook Group.
By adopting this Code of Conduct, Mama with A Calling members commit themselves to fairly and consistently applying these principles to every aspect of participating in this group.
Members who do not follow the Code of Conduct will have their membership revoked and forfeit any payments made.
Report any issues to firstname.lastname@example.org to be reviewed and investigated. The reporter of an incident will be kept confidential and no repercussions will be given for reporting an incident.
